You guys must build ur own schools and teach in ur own languages...leave these afrikaners alone.stop kraping gat.they don't like u so leave them now
The Gauteng Education Department should first repair all burned down Schools before trying to invade White Schools.
That school must know that things do change and they have to. All schools must accommodate everyone despite their language
Lesufi is trying to force his will onto the schools, especially when it is schools that are doing well.
Why can't we build our school install discipline provide all necessary products and services rather than forcing other race to incorporate us
Wilna Scholtz.Dom astrant.Daar is vele net Eng skole.
.I started High School at Florida Park High in 1963. I had to catch the bus, which also serviced the Florida Afrikaans High School. In those days we never mixed. English one side of the bus Afrikaans the other. Crazy.
Then the family move to Pinetown near Durban and I went to Pinetown High School. I was shocked to find it was dual medium and English and Afrikaans kids. But I am grateful for that experience because it taught me that we were all South Africans.
Today all schools should be open to all language and race groups. It's the only way that we can face a truly united South Africa.
But I notice that there are far too many Black Schools that are exclusively Black. We have a new High School that is being built in Grabouw where I live, and so far it seems to be following the same trend in that it will only be for Black learners. There simply is no desire to have a new school that is open to ALL learners......
With all due respect and acknowledgement to the hard work that Lesufi has done, there are however kids in rural areas still without transport to school...they unfortunately dont have option and luxury to chose and are as black and historically disadvantaged as the ones you are fighting for in court...could we maybe have not maybe prioritised them over those who get to chose and demand for an Afrikaans medium education?..
Neville Stanley Paynter. In my days at school 70 the Eng and Afr did also not mix.We called them Rooinekke. Also the boys and girls did not mix.
I can't believe that in 2018 we still have schools (public schools nogal) that refuse to be inclusive.
In bloody 2018 we still have people who are trying to create special little enclaves for themselves at the detriment of the public?
