Another consultant who just made me hate calling into the call centre, wanted to apply for a temp loan but i couldnt even go through the validation an guess what the consultant states. " you dont qualify i then ask, i cant complete the IVR an she responses its because you dont qualify thats why the app states you to call us...i give up on fnb call centre
